WG Global Return Policy

At WG Global, we are committed to providing high-quality commercial refrigeration and cooking equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

1.⁠ ⁠Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Custom or special-order items are non-refundable.

2.⁠ ⁠Return Process
1. Request a Return Authorization (RA):

 to initiate a return.
Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
2. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
3. Inspection & Refund:
Once received, the item will be inspected.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
A restocking fee (up to 25%) may apply depending on the condition of the returned item.

3.⁠ ⁠Non-Returnable Items
Used or damaged items not due to a manufacturer defect.
Custom-built or made-to-order equipment.
Clearance or final sale items.

4.⁠ ⁠Defective or Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please report it within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost.
