At WG Global, we are committed to providing high-quality commercial refrigeration and cooking equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Custom or special-order items are non-refundable.
2. Return Process
1. Request a Return Authorization (RA):
• Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
2. Return Shipping:
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
• Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
3. Inspection & Refund:
• Once received, the item will be inspected.
• If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• A restocking fee (up to 25%) may apply depending on the condition of the returned item.
3. Non-Returnable Items
• Used or damaged items not due to a manufacturer defect.
• Custom-built or made-to-order equipment.
• Clearance or final sale items.
4. Defective or Damaged Products
• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please report it within 48 hours of delivery.
• We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost.
